Stock Exchanges have been seeking ways in which they can offer cross-border trading services to their members. Many of these see the solution to form alliances . There are many such alliances but few have actually produced any solutions. Trading Technology has pioneered a technical solution that allows exchanges to be able to pass orders between themselves without the need to merge or buy a great deal of new technology. This solution has been adopted in the more forward-thinking exchanges in Europe.

We were called in to advise two major European Exchanges on constructing a link to pass orders between markets. Trading Technology documented the existing infrastructure, proposed high-level solutions and specified a detailed set of requirements for the link.
